Returns Policy

These are unique products. We want you to be impressed with every crystal you get in quality and presentation. However, because of the unique nature of the product, we cannot accept returns (We cannot restock your crystal and sell it later!) If there are manufacturing errors or damage to the crystal when you receive it, please leave it in the box, take a photo, and submit an RMA. We will review your RMA and send you a replacement crystal at no cost to you. We hope you understand. We are so sure that you will be WOWed by your crystal that we think this makes a good compromise. If for some reason you don’t love your crystal, send us a message and we will make it right any way we can.


We ship nationwide shore to shore across the entire USA. We plan to ship to Canada and other countries as we expand our shipping operation. You can subscribe to our newsletter for updates on available shipping countries. We will begin creating your crystal 1 - 3 business days after you place your order. If you choose standard shipping your order should arrive 5 - 7 business days after your crystal is created. If you want to expedite your shipping, choose our 48 Hour VIP Service, or 24 Hour Red Carpet Delivery. These services will place you ahead of the queue to have your crystal created no later than 24 hours after you place your order, and shipped using the carrier’s air delivery service. NOTICE: Due to COVID, your shipping may be slightly delayed. We ship using preferred carriers (UPS, FEDEX, USPS) but we cannot control the delays that the delivery services are experiencing during COVID.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
